Returns & Exchanges

At Carrés & Bibs • Atelier Choux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury essentials, offering a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Atelier Choux gift box or equivalent protective packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
